Clinical Consultation and Professional Mentorship
for Licensed Clinicians
“Start Close in...” -David Whyte
I offer psychodynamically oriented clinical consultation for licensed clinicians who wish to deepen their work through curiosity, meaning, and reflective attention. Informed by psychoanalytic and depth traditions, my clinical consultation includes explorations of the relational, emotional, and unconscious dimensions of clinical practice.
In addition to case consultation, I provide professional mentorship, supporting licensed clinicians in developing their professional identity and bringing their work to life with deeper presence, insight, and purpose.
Clinical Consultation - a reflective space for clinical thinking
Daring to dive into the subtle movements of the work.
It is the quiet, attentive presence that allows clinical work to unfold. Together, we listen deeply to speech and silence, noticing what is enacted, feeling the currents beneath the surface, and attending to the relational subtleties that shape every therapeutic encounter.
My depth-oriented clinical consultation offers a space to pause, reflect, and consider:
Transference and countertransference
Unconscious relational patterns
Therapeutic impasses and moments of stuckness
Therapist subjectivity and emotional responses
Meaning, narrative, and psychological depth in clinical material
The aim is not resolution but understanding as an expansion of clinical perception that allows movement to emerge organically.
